JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police on Tuesday arrested a man accused of shooting and wounding a homeowner who walked in on a burglary at his residence in Arlington more than a year ago, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Calvin Foster, 23, is now charged with armed burglary and attempted murder.

In December 2015, Foster and an accomplice were burglarizing a home on Weymouth Circle West when the homeowner walked in on them, police said.
The homeowner was shot in the arm and taken to a hospital.
There’s no word on the suspected accomplice.
