Wildfire extinguished in Flagler County

Fire grew to about 12 acres


FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Crews put out a wildfire at the Flagler Estates subdivision near the intersection of Underwood Street and Marty Street on Sunday.

Firefighters used three bulldozers to contain the fire and a helicopter dumped buckets of water.

Florida forest service and Flagler County Fire Rescue were there. They got the fire out at about 7:30 p.m. It covered about 12 acres of land.
