JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Police are looking for a missing and endangered 33-year-old woman who has not had contact with her family since 2015, the Jacksonville Beach Police Department said Tuesday.

Melissa Lynn Gormley has not not attempted to contact her children or any family member since December 2015, police said.

A family member concerned about Gormley's well-being contacted police on Monday. Family members told officers that she could possibly be suffering from chemical or alcohol dependency.

She has occasionally visited the Florida Keys in years past, especially the Big Pine Key area, according to police.

Gormley is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 119 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair. Police said her hair color may be different now.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Detective Cpl. D. Watts at 904-247-6341.
