Gov. Scott recognizes Clay sheriff at annual 12-Points Dinner

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Boy Scouts of America held their annual Clay County 12-Points Dinner in Fleming Island on Wednesday night.

The fundraiser took place in the Sullivan Hall at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Gov. Rick Scott and Clay County Sheriff Darryl Daniels were among those who attended the fundraiser.

Gov. Scott presented Daniels with the Governor's Veterans Medal at the dinner.

The fundraiser raised thousands of dollars for the North Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
