The units will be built along Town Center Pkwy right across from the St Johns Town Center. The complex doesn’t have a name yet, but there will be 280 units in 3 buildings. The average rent will be in the neighborhood of $1,450. Plans on the drawing board include a pool, dog park and a party area.
