Police search for Brunswick HS coach accused of inappropriate relationship with student

School police: Kenneth Mainor, 31, wanted on charge of sexual assault

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. – Police are looking for a Brunswick High School football coach accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a female student who's a senior at the school, the Glynn County Schools Police Department announced Tuesday evening. 

Kenneth Mainor, 31, who is also a long-term substitute teacher, is wanted on a felony charge of sexual assault by a person having supervisory authority.

School police said Mainor is currently under suspension from employment by the school system pending further action by the Board of Education. 

Mainor, of Brunswick, is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing 190 to 215 pounds with shoulder length dreadlocks and hazel eyes. He could possibly be driving a silver 2000 Honda Accord with a Georgia tag.
