According to his arrest warrant, Rhoden was found asleep next to the 10-year-old victim with his genitals exposed at a home in Clay County. The victim told investigators Rhoden touched her inappropriately on three separate occasions, between September and November of 2016.

When Rhoden was discovered in bed with the girl, he fled from the home, the warrant said. It was later learned he fled to Washington state.

A U.S. Marshal tracked Rhoden down and brought him to Clay County Tuesday. He's being held in jail without bond.

Court records show Rhoden was arrested in Bradford County in 2010 and charged with child abuse and battery. However, the child abuse charge was dropped and he was convicted of battery.
