JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Ponte Vedra man accused of sexual battery in a rape at a Southside mobile home park pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Travis Jakubowski, 28, pleaded not guilty at arraignment on a single charge of sexual battery in the rape at Countryside Village Mobile Home Park in April.

Jakubowski initially had also been charged with home invasion and false imprisonment, but those charges were dropped. He is being held without bond, pending a June 21 pretrial hearing.
Jakubowski has three previous arrests in Duval County, but none for violent offenses.
