JACKSONVILLE, FLa. – A crane mounted on a truck carrier accidentally tipped over Wednesday afternoon at the Jacksonville Port Authority's Talleyrand terminal near downtown.
JaxPort spokesperson Nancy Rubin said the truck belonged to a contractor working at the terminal.

According to public safety officers, a safety mechanism failed during the setup, causing the mounted crane and part of the truck to tip over.
The operator was able to maneuver the truck back to its upright position without incident, Rubin said.
There were no injuries and no damage to the crane or truck. A report was not filed with JaxPort's Public Safety Department, Rubin said.
