Man was standing in the road, troopers say

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A 48-year-old man was struck and killed early Wednesday morning while walking along State Road 16 near North 1st Street in St. Augustine.

The pedestrian was identified by the Florida Highway Patrol as Mark Burger, 48, of St. Augustine.
