According to the police report, officers were called about 4:15 p.m. on May 24 to a home, where they found a 39-year-old man, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds in his side and legs, lying in a bathtub.

The man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A witness, who was in another room when the shooting happened, told police he heard someone ask about money and then heard gunshots. The witness hid in a close until he could hear the shooter leave, police said.

Two weeks later, Miller, 27, was arrested and booked into the Duval County Jail, where she's being held on $500,000 bond.
