JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man is facing multiple charges after he went after another man who he thought threw something at his wife's car, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Todd Marshall, 37, is being held without bond at the Duval County Jail.

Police said he drove to his neighbor's home on Tisons Bluff Road on the Northside on Thursday night, and pointed an AK-47 out the window and fired one round into the air. No one was hurt.

Investigators said Marshall was upset because he thought the neighbor had thrown something at his wife's car.

Officers said the incident was caught on surveillance video.
