JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman was arrested the day after she was seen dancing, naked from the waist down, in front of her hotel room window and in plain view of a 12-year-old child, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Zandra White, 46, is charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child younger than 16 years old.

On Thursday, an off-duty officer was working at the Diamond Inn on Ramona Boulevard when a hotel employee reported the incident that occurred Wednesday evening.
The child told police that he had been standing at the third-floor railing, looking out over the courtyard near his room, when he saw White inside her room, with the curtains open, dancing with only a shirt on, according to an arrest report.
When witnesses told her to stop, she kept going for about a minute and then made an obscene gesture at the child before sitting down on the bed in her room, according to police.
Police noted in the arrest report that White has numerous prior arrests involving prostitution and drugs.
She was booked into the Duval County Jail early Thursday evening and ordered held on $35,000 bond.
