Police were called to a home on Villiers Drive South on the Westside.

Tucker and the girl appeared “more talkative” than normal, and her eyes were “droopy and glossy,” according to police. Tucker asked the girl if she ate the muffin, and she laughed “yes,” and Tucker ate the rest of it out of “fear.”

The girl was taken to Wolfson Children's Hospital.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Officers recovered a muffin wrapper with residue. The Department of Children and Families was notified.

Tucker was released on $50,000 bond on Tuesday.
