JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 22-year-old Jacksonville man accused of shooting a man in the back after losing money to him in a dice game has been charged with murder, police announced Wednesday.

Anthony Finch, who had been sought for a month in the murder case, was arrested Tuesday night and booked into the Duval County Jail.

Police said they were called about 3 p.m. June 4 to the Moncrief Village Apartments on Flynn Court and found Kenard Hendley suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. He later died at a hospital.
