JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville man accused of threatening to post an ex-girlfriend's nude pictures online was arrested Thursday in Clay County, authorities said.
Thomas Dewey Westberry, 21, of Springer Place, was booked into the Clay County jail on a misdemeanor charge of sexual cyber harassment, his arrest report said.

An 18-year-old woman said she had taken intimate photographs several months ago and shared them with Westberry because they were dating, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
The woman told investigators the images included her face and nude body. She said they were never intended to be shared with anyone else.
At some point, the woman said Westberry grew angry with her and threatened to post the images publicly. He was taken into custody Thursday morning.
