According to the original police report, two people used a rock to break through the front glass door of the restaurant on San Jose Boulevard. Only the drive-through was opened at the business at the time.

Police said they then forced the employees who were still at the restaurant to the back of the business, and then forced the manager to open the safe and give them the cash that was inside.

The men were caught on surveillance video, investigators said.

At this point, it appears only Williams has been arrested in the case.

The same Wendy’s was also the target another armed robbery in August 2016.
