JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – There is a neighborhood crime alert in Jacksonville Beach after a suspicious man was caught on surveillance video lurking around a home, the Jacksonville Beach Police Department said.
Police said they are looking for a man who walked up to a home on 32nd Avenue South and peeped through the glass door for approximately 10 minutes.
The homeowner told police her security surveillance camera alerted her to motion in the front yard and when she opened the phone app, the man could be seen looking inside.
Police describe the prowler as a 20-25-year-old white man with short brown hair. He was wearing tan-colored shorts, a white T-shirt with an open button-up shirt over, long tube socks and a Nike tennis shoes.
