PALATKA, Fla. – A 27-year-old man faces a second-degree murder charge after shooting a person at his home, deputies said Friday.
Andrew Roy Donaldson is being held at the Putnam County Jail, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said.

The shooting took place about 10 a.m. on Shelley Street in Palatka.
Deputies responded and found a 37-year-old man who had been killed.
The victim’s name hasn't been released.
No further circumstances are known at this time.
