GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Three people were hurt Wednesday afternoon when their balcony collapsed in a Gainesville neighborhood, according to a report from WCJB.

The tenants told WCJB that they had complained to the landlord before about the building, which is now condemned and uninhabitable.

Trippe Realty Management runs the property, and owner Pat Trippe said the company just took over management weeks ago and didn't know the extent of the building's issues, WCJB reports.
