Robinson was questioned, but not charged, in the murder of Arnett Rollins, whose body was found along a road in Oceanway in 2016.
Robinson was taken into police custody leas than a month after Rollins' body was found on July 19, 2016, on Spring Hammock Road.
Robinson admitted he had been with Rollins in his car on Spring Hammock Road, and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office pinged Robinson’s cellphone, which placed him at that location. But that hasn't been enough evidence for a murder charge.
