BRUNSWICK, Ga. – The United States Marshals Service is looking for a fugitive Tuesday who was convicted in Fulton County of statutory rape and child molestation.
Charles Barry Pinckney, 26, a former corrections officer in the Atlanta area, was sentenced to 45 years in prison for his conviction.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Pinckney has immediate family in the Glynn County area and law enforcement has credible information that he’s there.
Pinckney is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
