Glenda was last seen in the 14000 block of SW 295th Street in Miami. She is now likely with Elmer Tiu-Carreto, and the pair might be riding in a silver Toyota Celica with a Florida license plate number of 708YLP.

Tiu-Carreto has black hair, brown eyes, stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, officials said. He too is from Miami.

Police didn’t say what the relationship is, if any, between Glenda and Tiu-Carreto.

Digital partner WPLG-TV reports that Tiu-Carreto is accused of abducting the girl near the Homestead Air Reserve Base, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.

The car in question is Tiu-Carreto’s, WPLG said. Detectives said they believe the teen is in danger. She vanished Nov. 26.

Anyone with information on the pair’s whereabouts is asked to call the FDLE or the Miami-Dade Police Department at 305-715-3300.
