Woman who survived shooting that killed sister arrested, released

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville woman who was wounded in a shooting that killed her sister was arrested Friday on an arrest warrant out for before the Oct. 31 shooting.

Lisa Rucker and her sister, Ashlee Rucker, were shot at a Hyde Park condominum. Ashlee Rucker's ex-boyfriend was arrested a couple of days later and charged with murder and attempted murder.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office inmate database, Lisa Rucker was charged with two counts of shoplifting, grand theft and using forged bills or checks. According to the arrest report, Rucker is accused of stealing $200 worth of DVDs, toys and some hardware from a Walmart store.

Rucker was arrested Friday and released hours later on $2,508 bond.
