City Rescue Mission offering shelter during cold weather

Mission will shelter homeless Saturday, Sunday night

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Due to expected freezing temperatures over the weekend, City Rescue Mission will open the Cold Weather Emergency Shelter this weekend.

The New Life Inn shelter at 234 West State Street will be open Saturday and Sunday. The space will be extended to accommodate up to 100 more people in need of a warm place to sleep.
