JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – A 26-year-old man was arrested Thursday on cyberstalking charges after making threatening comments to a woman who refused his advances online, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.

A woman who News4Jax is not identifying called police to report threatening messages she had received from Logan Miller on Facebook for several weeks.

According to Miller’s arrest report, the woman’s fiancé got into an altercation with Miller in Jacksonville Beach. Miller kept trying to convince the woman to leave her fiancé and meet with him at the same place in Jacksonville Beach where the altercation with the woman’s fiancé had taken place, police said.

When the woman didn’t respond, Miller made specific threats to hurt her and said he knew where she lived and what college she attended.

Miller is being held without bail.
