Campbell is considered to be armed and dangerous, according to police.

Officers responded about 7 p.m. Thursday to Fourth Street, where they found a 56-year-old Brunswick man who had been shot multiple times. He was airlifted to UF Health hospital in Jacksonville, where he remained in critical condition at last check Friday, police said.

Investigators learned the victim had an argument with neighbors before the shooting.

Later, police said, the victim was riding a bicycle when two men got out of a black vehicle on Lee Street -- about a block away from Fourth Street -- and began shooting, then took off.

Investigators said the shots were fired from a rifle and a handgun.

The next day, arrest warrants were issued for Campbell, police said.

Detectives said they're working to identify others who were possibly involved in the shooting.
