Gov. Rick Scott on Wednesday ordered Florida and United States flags to be flown at half-staff Saturday to honor former First Lady Barbara Bush.
The order, which was in conjunction with a proclamation by President Donald Trump, will lead to flags being flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings in Florida.
