JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Silver Alert was canceled Friday night after a missing 76-year-old Jacksonville man was found safe in the Miami area, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
James Craig Hewett, who suffers from dementia, was initially reported missing on Friday.

Police said Hewett was last seen about 6:30 a.m. on Thursday driving a lime green Hyundai Accent with the tag 2589PV.
