There was at least one serious injury in a crash in which a dump truck has overturned in the median of Interstate 295 at Beach Boulevard early Tuesday afternoon.
One lane in each direction was blocked by emergency vehicles, then tow trucks that brought in to right the truck and remove it.

By 4:15 p.m. the northbound lane had reopened. One southbound lane remains blocked.
