Man robs Argyle Forest credit union

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man in a black raincoat walked into the 121 Financial Credit Union on Youngerman Circle at 4:19 p.m. Tuesday, handed the teller a note demanding money, and walked out, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Robbery detectives said the man implied that he had a gun, but no weapon was shown. The man left the bank and headed northwest toward Blanding Boulevard.

One teller and one customer were in the credit union at the time, but no one was hurt.

The robber was described as about a black man, about 35 years old, 5 feet 5 to 7 inches tall.
