JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A motorcyclist was struck and killed in a traffic crash Sunday night on the city's Northside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
It happened about 7:20 p.m. on Lem Turner Road near Broom Street.

Police said a man driving a motorcycle was traveling south on Lem Turner Road when the motorcycle collided with a four-door car occupied by two people.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, police said.
Traffic homicide detectives were called to investigate the crash.
According to the Sheriff's Office, this was the 103rd traffic fatality this year in Duval County.
