Detectives initially suspected foul play in the death of a man whose body was found Friday in an apartment on Mayport Road, but the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Saturday the medical examiner determined it appeared to be a natural death.
Officers responded just before noon to The Cove at Atlantic Beach apartments. Police said they found a man dead in a bedroom.
