Jacksonville family reunited with emotional support dog

Boy with autism gets dog named Jasmine back

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Members of a Jacksonville family have been reunited with their beloved dog that disappeared while they were on vacation.

The family said Jasmine is an emotional support dog for 12-year-old Noah, who has autism and relies on Jasmine to help him throughout the day.

While the family was on vacation, Jasmine got out last week near Capstan Drive on Jacksonville's Northside.

Fortunately, family members said Thursday, they found Jasmine in the woods across from Amelia View.

****UPDATE #5**** Look who we found! We went and sat in the woods all day. I brought the turkey fryer and cooked bacon...
