CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – An 83-year-old man reported missing out of Clay County was found safe Saturday evening.
Paul Allen Richey was located near the Duval-Nassau county line about 8 p.m., just hours after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a Silver Alert.
