Shots fired into King's Cafe wound employee

Jacksonville police search for 3 young men in Black Impala or Chrysler 200

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Five shots fired into a restaurant on Jacksonville's Northside early Saturday morning injured one employee and has police searching for three young men.

Officers were called to Kings Cafe, off Edgewood Avenue just west of Interstate 95, where they found evidence that five bullets crashed through the front window just before 8 a.m.

One employee was hospitalized with a gunshot wound. An adult and child were inside at the time but not hurt. 

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced it was looking for three suspects between the ages of 15-20, possibly driving a black Chevy Impala or Chrysler 200. Police would not say if the shooting was a robbery attempt.
