Winds build and temperatures will back-off the next few days

Another mini-nor'easter will allow for a chill down with gusty winds

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Another push of cool northeasterly winds into Jacksonville will knock down our temperatures and keep our winds gusty for the next few days. Actually, normal November highs and lows are typically in the low 70s and low 50s, yet over the next few days, especially during the morning hours, we will be somewhat chillier.

Waking up Tuesday morning will be fairly close to normal, especially downtown to the beaches with wake-up temperatures in the 50s. Skies will be partly cloudy and there will be very little chances of rain in Duval County. However, there could be some coastal showers in Flagler and Volusia counties. Why? Winds will be NNE 15-25 mph. At this angle, onshore, scattered showers will be common in Central Florida.

Wednesday-Friday, winds fade which will leave sunrise temperatures very chilly over inland locations. Yes, could see a few 30s in the normal cold spots in Georgia on Wednesday morning. The chill will fade after Wednesday, a slow but steady warm-up into the weekend. Highs Saturday will reach near 80° Nice!
