Oglesby says the teen was armed with a gun. He is charged with aggravated assault and armed burglary.

Taraji and her mother were asleep at a Fort Lauderdale home at about 11 p.m. Friday when intruders invaded and took the girl.

It could not be immediately determined Sunday if Augustin has an attorney.
