GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – A man was arrested Tuesday after authorities said they determined he had been keeping a filthy home where children were living.
Peter Meisinger, 36, is charged with child neglect.

According to a Clay County Sheriff's Office arrest affidavit, Green Cove Springs police were called by a Department of Children and Families investigator to the home on Calla Glen Lane in May.
Police said they found feces, trash, leftover food, bugs and cockroaches all over the floor and ceiling of the home.
There was also a portion of the home that was flooded, the arrest affidavit said.
The children were taken away by DCF.
