"Somewhere between four and 5,000 tickets, so that's through contributions that were made for military and we're excited about having those people here," said Mackey Weaver, who is senior vice president of Jaguars sales. "Excited about recognizing what their contributions have been so we can all live the life that we do."

Weaver said our military community is important to the team and they felt compelled to pay tribute to all they do on this day of remembrance.

"It's an important game," Weaver said. "It's kind of the first home game for Shad, first home game for the new coaching staff. It's kind of the new Jaguars, so for them to understand that just because the ownership has changed and things like that, the military still and will always be an extremely important part of what we do and making sure that we recognize them and give them opportunities to come to the game."

Inviting our military men and women to Jaguar games is nothing new for the team. Only Tuesday, they'll actually be on base, hand delivering the tickets.

"We do about 1,100 and a few tickets for the military every game, so this is just a further extension of that," Weaver added.
