Police say man under investigation for involvement in white supremacist group

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The FBI raided the home of a man who police say is known as a white supremacist, confiscating 10 weapons and many boxes of ammo, according to South Daytona police.

Kevin Lynch, 49, was charged with possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and prescription pills, according to police.

Agents found 10 weapons and many boxes of ammo at Lynch's home on James Street. He has been under investigation for the last 8 months as part of a white supremacist group, but the group's name was not released.

Lynch was arrested in 2002 for an aggravated battery charged that was later classified as a hate crime.
