Judge: Casey Anthony must discuss audio recordings

Zenaida Gonzalez sues Anthony for defamation

ORLANDO, Fla. – A central Florida judge has ruled on Tuesday that Casey Anthony must answer questions about the audio recordings she made after her murder trial acquittal in her defamation trial.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation because she says she shares a similar name to the fictitious nanny who Anthony said kidnapped her daughter, Caylee, in 2008.

Anthony mentioned the recordings in her video diary, which was leaked back in January. It's not clear what the recordings will contribute to Gonzalez's defamation case, which is set to go to trial next year.

Meanwhile, Circuit Judge Lisa T. Munyon on Tuesday denied a defense motion to move Anthony's civil case out of Orange County.

Munyon wrote, however, that the motion could be revisited if a fair and impartial jury cannot be selected in Orange County within a reasonable time.
