PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff's Office welcomed a furry new member to the family and need the public's help in giving him a name.
Deputies introduced their new 13-month-old German shepherd K-9 Friday.

The dog will be assigned to patrol for drug detection and suspect tracking, deputies said.
Deputy Josue Garriga will be the the K-9's handler.
Putnam deputies are taking name suggestions in their comment section on their Facebook page.
