Wreck cleared on I-95 in Camden County

Traffic stops after Thursday morning accident blocks northbound lanes

CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. - All northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near mile marker 28 in Camden County were blocked Thursday morning due to an accident.

The Georgia State Patrol and the Camden County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene of the accident about 7 a.m. GSP told Channel 4 that traffic was diverted to U.S. Highway 17.

GSP said the accident was in both the north and southbound lanes, but that some southbound lanes remained open.

The accident was cleared when Channel 4's crew arrived and no details were available about the crash or whether there were any injuries.
