The Sheriff's Office said Beverly's current boyfriend had an argument with her former boyfriend, Joaquin Gonzalez. The two men began fighting, and when they got outside the Attleboro Street home, police said, Gonzalez struck the current boyfriend's motorcycle with a bat.

Witnesses said Gonzalez led Beverly into his pickup truck and the two drove off. Beverly has not returned home and attempts to contact the two have failed.

"I told my roommate to call 911 when he began beating the motorcycle with a hammer. He was pretty violent, like a wild animal," said Ben Doles.

A search of jail records shows Gonzalez has been arrested numerous times on battery-related charges.

Police said this is still an ongoing investigation and they would like to speak with Joaquin Gonzalez.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 904-630-0500.
