The Brunswick man says they demanded his cellphone and his money, but he didn't have anything on him, so they shot him in the arm. The bullet would go through and into his chest.

Flores says his attackers ran off and he never saw them again.

Until last week, when police announced the arrest of two teens in the death of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago, who was shot and killed while his mother was walking him in a stroller down a nearby street.

Flores says when he saw 17-year-old De'Marquise Elkins in the news, he knew it was the same person who shot him a week earlier.

Flores says while he believes those who did this to the 1-year-old need to be punished, he says he is a man of God, and he's praying for everyone involved, especially those accused of this heinous crime.
