ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. - A man and a woman were arrested Sunday morning after officers found a black gym bag with chemicals and paraphernalia commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine, according to the St. Augustine Beach Police Department.

Police received a call from someone about 10:30 a.m. saying the suspects placed the bag at the tree line on Lee Drive, then walked away.

A short time later, two people matching the suspects' description were seen leaving CVS Pharmacy on State Road A1A. Officers saw that both were sweating and restless, according to police.

Zach Kneisley, 34, and Whitney Mills, 27, were stopped and contacted. Police said the gym bag belonged to Kneisley, and additional paraphernalia and drugs were recovered.

Both suspects were charged with possession with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
