Gas leak triggers shut down of Normandy Boulevard

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – At least one business was evacuated Monday afternoon due to a gas leak on Normandy Boulevard, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.

The gas leak was reported near the intersection of Lenox Avenue. JFRD says the leak has shut down a portion of Normandy.

Shortly before 4:30 p.m., JFRD said the situation was under control.
