CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – Clay County has added three more vaccination dates and will start taking appointments Wednesday.

Emergency Management and the Florida Department of Health in Clay County will be scheduling new vaccination appointments on Jan. 21, 22 and 28, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

Starting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, individuals can go to Alert.ClayCountyGov.com to schedule an appointment for their first dose of Moderna vaccine on one of the new dates.

Appointments can be made for those meeting the Phase 1A Criteria:

  • Individuals 65 years or older
  • Paramedics, EMTs, and front-line health care workers

On appointment days, patients will receive the initial Moderna vaccinations and an appointment card for the second dose appointment, exactly 28 days from the date and time of the first appointment.

Appointments will be required to get the vaccination and no walk-ins will be accepted.
