PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 32-year-old man Friday night after deputies said he tried to lure a 14-year-old through social media for sexual activity.
The Sheriff’s Office says when Raymond Whitmore arrived at the location, instead of meeting a 14-year-old, he met officers.

Whitmore is charged with using a two-way device to commit a felony and traveling to meet a child for sexual activity.
